Emerald Medical Aid Society is an independent non-profit entity governed by the Medical Aid Society Act and fully registered and administered by the Ministry of Health and Child Care.

In a restrictive economic environment Zimbabweans are failing to access quality healthcare. EMAS goal is to facilitate wide access to quality health care complimenting Government effort to attain a Middle class economy by 2030.
